Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Wheel must be unused, unmounted, and in original condition
- Used wheels already mounted or damaged are not returnable
Non-Returnable Items
- Mounted wheels/tires
- Tires installed on rims
- Wheels damaged after installation
- Customized or special-order products
Replacement Policy
If we shipped the wrong size, bolt pattern, offset, or model, we will:
- Replace the wheel(s), OR
- Issue a refund if replacement is unavailable
